How to Support Joint Mobility

Mobility is built from joint range of motion, muscle strength, coordination, balance and confidence with movement.

Move regularly

Appropriate, consistent movement is often more useful than occasional intense sessions. Choose activities you can perform safely and sustain.

Build strength

Muscles help support movement around joints. A clinician or physical therapist can tailor loading when pain or injury changes what is safe.

Use supplements as optional, not foundational

If you consider a supplement, evaluate it as an add-on decision rather than a substitute for movement, diagnosis or medical treatment.
